My son had a problem with the cycling in fews days after buying, we raised a complains in firefox fox customer service as wel as in showroom in seawood new mumbai,
The showroom team staff told me to deposit your bike nad our investigation team will make a decision ,,we deposits and after 15 working day they gave us anew bike as a replacement, ,
