job thoroughly. They have solved my Hero bike (2006) problem promptly, at nominal charges, and with a smile. They have also advised on repairs, with the bike performance in mind. I have been using Hero Lectro F6i electric bicycle for more than 3 years and it has worked very well all along. Last month the bicycle electrical system developed a snag. I contacted Hero lectro service engineer and found out that Firefox Bike Station of Seawoods works as a company sale and service centre for Hero Lectro bicycles too. I took my bicycle to the station where the sales and service crew spoke very well with me. They carried out a thorough inspection and fault analysis of the bicycle. No major snag was found. The broken sensor plate and a broken mechanical part were replaced. The crew including Hero Lectro Service engineer did thorough trial tests on the bicycle before handing it over to me. The entire fault analysis, part replacement and cleaning of the bicycle cost me only Rs. 800! The bicycle has been running as good as new since then. Thanks to the Hero team.
