A very nice place to buy, service and repair Firefox cycles of all types. The sales manager Mr. Samuel was very humble and he explained to me the entire operations. All the accessories were explained and handed to me with warranty and all. Mr. Taufiq, the technician, was also very humble and highly technically sound person.
Whenever I visited the store , I never came back disappointed.

It is a great place to buy your next (or may be even the first) bike. Mr. Sam will take his time to explain the features and even suggest a bike that best fits your needs.
I went for Firefox Nuke. It is expensive, but it is worth the money. It is smooth and sexy. I have used Urban Terrain bikes, but I must say that Firefox is much better.
Also, Mr. Sam was more than happy to help me with my old Urban Terrain bike and serviced it properly.
The best part was the delivery of the new bike and pickup and drop services for the old one.
If you are looking for a top-notch Indian brand with brilliant service, buy a Firefox from here. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased my Firefox Typhoon 27.5 from this store last week Sunday. They have a good collection inside the store and also there is a service station. I received my cycle on the same day. It has been a pleasant experience and the behaviour from the sales staff is very good. Specially I would like to mention about staff Ratan Saha who has been very enthusiastic in guiding me, answered all my questions patiently since I am new to geared cycles and showed me a lot of the products in store without hesitation.
I would expect to get an equally good servicing of my cycle from here.

Firefox is a name to reckon with if you're into biking, they are one of the largest budget bicycle producer,
The showroom has a great array of choice and the manager of the place is adequately knowledgeable, but make no mistake he is no expert.
The plethora of choice provided by firefox is great and the pricing here is comparable to online prices when it comes to certain category of bikes,
They were respectful and took the time to show me all the choices I had when I wanted to buy a bicycle.
You are getting a good deal here if not the best, but you also get the safety of checking what you recieve unlike online deliveries.
Don't buy accesories from them as they are quite expensive and not of great quality.
Hence to sum it all up buy your bike from here if you're unsure of online methods and quality control, don't expect great discounts and definitely don't buy accesories from here unless of an urgent requirement.
